Why cant i list ghd pink hair straightners? (trademark breach)?

I am a seller on ebay, and i listed brand new genuine pink ghd hair straightners last night, to wake up this morning to find my listing has been removed because of a trademark breach. Any advice on why/how i can get round this problem. There are hundreds of ghd hair straightner listings on ebay.Why cant i list ghd pink hair straightners? (trademark breach)?
My friend used to have a lot of her listings removed due to trademark breach...We think it was a rival seller reporting her stuff. It works a bit like Yahoo, it gets reported gets removed and you can appeal after. It was really annoying...anything with a brand name got removed, she had to quit in the end as practically everything she listed was removed.Why cant i list ghd pink hair straightners? I had a listing removed due to a trademark breach also. You should have received an email from ebay advising why they removed your listing. I know when i did, i emailed them back to ask them to explain in more detail. They responded quite quickly and were quite helpful.





I get very annoyed that mine always seem to get removed and yet there are hundreds of the same kind of listing that dont!! Infuriating!!





Oh and make sure they refund you your listing fees!! I asked for mine back and did get them refunded.
That happened to me as well when I got a free pair with my phone.


It can sometimes happen on ebay because certain items specifically hair straighteners lately are being stolen and then sold on ebay. At least that's what I was told.





If you have a serial number for the straighteners put that in your auction as it helps prove authenticity.
You must have breached ebay's guidelines. Maybe you need to word it different, see how the others word it and do your similar.
There are many to sell fake on eBay.
