Ceramic, ion or gold plates on hair straightners? which one is bad for ur hair?

first off, are there differences between ceramic, ion and gold plates on straightners?





secondly, which one is bad for ur hair? alot of people are saying ceramic is good, some r saying its bad, some are saying ion is the best, and gold plates are bad, while others r saying its good :S help?!Ceramic, ion or gold plates on hair straightners? which one is bad for ur hair?
i would ONLY use ceramic ones. the other ones break and and burn your hair and get stuck inside the plates. i love ceramic ones i have tried gold plates and hated it.Ceramic, ion or gold plates on hair straightners? which one is bad for ur hair?
All are bad for your hair...Ceramic is ';better'; for your hair..It holds the heat better, and makes it easier to straighten.
The heat is what is bad but for my hair cermaic plates work better.
