unfortunately you get what you pay for with straightners and if your daughter uses a bad quality pair of straighteners and is uneducated in haircare then it is almost certain her hair will become split and dry any heat on the hair causes this and straighteners are one of the worst





its important that she knows to only go over each section of hair once and if it needs restyling wait untill the section is completely cool. ]





every straightening iron other than ghd will be of similar low quality





for ghd irons you pay about double to what you wanted to but theres a reason why any good salon will only use ghd irons.





they minimise the risk of damage to the hair especially if used properly and in conjunction with appropriate products.

There's no competition with GHDs. Some claim to be better but there's always small print involved. GHDs are quite expensive I think but I got them for Christmas last year and I LOVE them. They also double up as curlers, so it's worth the money. You can get them in funky colours too. Go here:

Remington are very good ghds are the best but expensive but there are places that do them cheaper go on e bay they sell new ones cheaper or type in to google cheap ghds might help good luck i just brought my son lovely toni and guy ones from e bay
