I am a huge Chi fan, I will never own another brand of straightener after purchasing one. It gets VERY hot though so use a good heat protectant on your hair - Kenra Smooth Down works well.
yes they are. if you just bought one, try it out. you'll see.
i have chi! i think its great! it straightnes well and it doesnt take much time for it to get hot!
