Me and my boyfriend went to Turkey last year and my straightners and his hair shaver thing didn't work because the electric power isn't strong enough over there.. we're going to the dominican replublic in a few weeks and just wondering if we'll have the same problem or if there is something we can get to make them work?

I went to the Dominican Republic in April and shavers / hair straighteners worked fine :) Just don't forget your travel plugs! lol
