but ones that haeat up quickly

thanksWhat are the best hair straightners to use?
Hi GHD's all the way , the are quite pricey, but well worth the investment. The IV styler has a few more features that previous models don't have, it comes with a Cd, to show you how to get the best from them, and they really do heat up in a matter of seconds

This design has a more rounded barrel which makes it easy to curl and wave your hair, while the ceramic plates have even better temperature regulation, giving straightness, smoothness and shine.

The GHD IV Styler has a ';sleep mode'; so it automatically turns itself off after 30 minutes. So no more worrying about forgetting to leave them on.

They have a ';shiver'; function that prevents damage to your irons on those cold winter mornings, and because it is digital , iit regulates itself to the right temperature for your hair, and adapts to international voltages,

The GHD IV Styler has a two year guarantee from date of purchase, and they have very good customer service, and after sales on these

I have Afro-Caribbean hair, and didn't think there was such a thing as straightening irons for my type of hair, My hairdresser used them on me, and now I recommend them every chance I get, and I dont have to use them everyday, because my hair stays soft and straight for days.

I always make sure that I use a heat protecting product, and use Shampoos and Conditioners made for hair that heat styled. Try not to use them everday, because the high heats that these get to , will most definetly fry your hair, if you use them constantly every day

Be sure that you buy from a reputable company, and expect to pay in the region of 拢100.00

Boots are doing these now for 拢98.00 pounds

Revlon
Kodo creative 2008, absolutely fantastic and dont fry your hair like GHD's.
GHD
Ghds
Any flat iron with ceramic plates...
GHDs defo. They heat up in under a minute
I love my CHI Iron...and I have VERY VERY thick curly hair. It seems to work wonders. Or I have heard that the GHD's heat up even faster, and get even hotter than the CHI's...
GHDs if you can afford them, look after your hair properly already and use heat protector, if not, there's no point and you may aswell just buy some crap Remingtons!

ps. the heat in GHD does wreck your hair after a while, they are amazing straighteners but the heat from them, without a good hair care regime, will turn your locks to straw
forget about paying a fortune for the overrated ghd straighteners, my daughter has used these for years but when i bought the babyliss 208u pro 230 from amazon she tried them and was amazed how good they were, they give a nice sleek finish at a fraction of the cost, i paid 拢37 for mine but now see they are selling the at 拢40, still a great saving !, go check out the reviews, hope this helps :)
yep GHD
ghd
no CHI. i LOVE it.
my conair one heats up in 10 sec !!! and ir works great!!!!
ceremic...it doesnt burn the hair
GHD's..a must have!

x
GHDs!
conair's line that has ceramic plates

those heat up extremely quickly
The CHI is amasing. The only problem is that it's like $130. I t has great results cuz i have naturally really curly hair and when i use the CHI my hair looks naturally straight!
It has been said that remington wet 2 straight hair straighteners are better than a lot of GHDS =]
Hi GHDS are the best as they dont damage the hair as much, but they still do a bit of damage but not as much as ones you get in the shops, the next best ones from GHD are the black vidal sassoon ones there around 拢40 but mine broke after a few months, so for the price you pay for GHD's its worth it as they last ages and it save you having to pay out for a new pair in a few months time.

I dont recommend remmington, but I have heard tresemme ones are suppose to be good, they all heat up just as fast but its the high temperature you really want, if you have thick hair like mine it doesnt straighten unless the heat goes up to 230, so any that go this high will do, but the plates might no be very good, I have had 5 pairs and nearly they all broke or the plates wrecked my hair and my GHDS are the only ones that I have had no problems with at all.
