Probly wal-mart...IDK for shure i et mine form ulta but i herd walmarts are pretty cheap
There is a store called Ulta but when I went there for a Chi, it was the most expensive. I went to Regis Hair Salon and got mine for $159.99...there are these new Chi's that are made out of plastic or something but DO NOT buy that. You will waste your money because it doesn't last as long and isn't as good as the regular Chi so make sure you know the difference. What I do for some hair stuff is ask my personal hair stylest and have her get it for me since she will get a discount! :)
