Is ghd hair straightners better than other makes of straightners?

ive got babyliss ones and cant decide whether or not to buy ghds as people say they are the bestIs ghd hair straightners better than other makes of straightners?
CHIs, sedus and ghds are all very good choices. The GHD is rated very highly though. It is a little more expensive however. The CHI is quite affordable (the original CHI is less than $85).





All 3 are ceramic flat irons which do give you superb results. I have a Sedu myself and I have 2 nieces who share a CHI. We all swear by our choices.





Now, the Sedu uses tourmaline (a seramic) which is thought to reduce the time needed to straighten hair (the reason I like mine). The nice feature that the Sedu and newer CHI and GHD have is they have adjustable temperature controls. This means you can get just the right amount of heat for your hair type (this is important .. too low a heat and you will not get the job done in one pass .. too high a heat and you risk scorching your hair).





So, the choice is yours really. If money is the concern, then consider the Original CHI. If not, reading some of these sites might help too.Is ghd hair straightners better than other makes of straightners?

I've never tried a ghd before but I do know chi works wonders
CHI is the best straightner by far.
i am not real sure, but from what my Aunt said, she is a hair dresser, chi's are the best. I am hoping to get a chi this birthday or this christmas, good luck finding what your looking for..oh and by the way (my opinion) i think with straightners it depends on the hair type because different kinds of straightners might have a different affect on dif. kinds of hair, so ask a professional i think it would be best.
