I got some of these for christmas and they are fab. The only thing I am finding is it takes over 1 minute to heat to max temperature. is this normal? They state 15 secondsHow long does it take to heat up the remington shine therapy hair straightners ?
I'm really not sure but I would go to the store that I bought it from and ask them if it is normal if not I'm sure they will be happy to exchange it for you :) Hope this helps.
