Hair straightners for curling?

I went to the hairdressers today and had my hair curled with straighteners. When i went home it wouldnt work wuth the one mym um has even though i could do it with the GHDs





I cant afford GHDs so what straightners are really good at curling?

The technique they used as opposed to the one you're using to curl hair is probably different, as they are professionals. Also, the hair products they used are a factor.





Purchase a curling iron. It's easier to use than a straightening iron.





I recommend a BaByliss or Conair for cheaper irons.

really GHD are the best around but pop into Sally's if there is one near you and they will give you some cracking advice. Avoid ones with famous hairdressers on the box its just a marketing pitch
my remington hair straightners worked with curling :)


and they were pretty cheap
i use babyliss ones theyr quite good - any as long as thery're thin enough
