try it, thought technically you'd we straightening it not ironing! I might work on your socks lol, they're small enough, but i think you'd find it difficult to do the whole thing with anything larger. You wouldn't be able to get much past the hemline without creasing what you'd already 'ironed'. But, i don't think it would cause any damage to your clothes, if that's what you're asking.Can you iron clothes with hair straightners?
You can use hair straightener on your hair only not to iron your clothes.

Why not experiment and find out for self?
Hair straighters are just for hair, not your clothes. Just use a good, old-fashioned electric iron or asteaming iron. Thank You.
