Definite no. It heats up pretty slow and doesn't get very hot.. so if your hair is harder to straighten or you want pin straight hair this product is terrible. I've also bought another Conair hair straightener in the past (for $40!) and it worked terrible also. Basically, I recommend that you ditch the Conair products and just pay a more money for a good brand-- like Remmington or Hot Tools.

Every Conair I have used has sucked. I would goto a beauty supply store and buy one of the less expensive ones they carry if price is an issue.Are the conair infinity hair straightners good?
It isnt any better than any normal priced straightener. It isnt worth the extra money.
