I don't...; but watched the HSN network last night, too! It looks like the sections of hair you have to take are WAY too small! It would take over an hour and a half to do a whole head like they showed on TV. And did you notice, that they did not finish an entire head while they were trying to promote their product.
I say...the hair would get too tangled, and that the sections would have to be micro for it to work, and on the Afro-American hair...it did not get the kinks out!

I do I like it but its kinda heavy so i try to do my hair fast because imy hand gets tired other than that it works pretty well it gets hot fast and i dont use the steam but im pretty sure my hair would come out much nicer if i did ive had it for about 2 yrs and my friends usually come over to use because they like it, so, yea it is a overall good product
