I just got my hair cut to about just below my shoulders. It is layered, and I need some tips on how to get it a little flipped at the ends, but not TOO flipped..you know what I mean?Hair styling tips, please?

buy an inexpensive hair straightener (the site below has a great one, but you can also get them at CVS and walgreens or somewhere like that). they are incredible tools for layered hair, and with a gentle clamp and a twist of the wrist, they give lovely little flips, as big or small as you want.
try getting hair wax and pulling it out
