maybe go with a big part on the side, some angley(sharp) razor cut ends and a highlight or two of a bright color like pink or blue or red.
It's hard to say without knowing your skin tone, face shape, and how thick or thin your hair is.
straighten it make a puff in the front or flip the ends of your hair with your straightener
lots and lots of layers :]
side swept bangs maybe?
