Good, cheap hair straightners...?

I need a new straightener, and it can't be over 40 bucks.

Something that doesn't rip out hair (glides smoothly?), and its a bonus if it can heat up quickly.

Any suggestions??

I'm in the salon business and there is no such thing as a good cheap way to straighten your hair!
