Question about a GHD hair styler , please help (10 pts)?

so here's my dilema:





i love the travel case that the limited edition dark/ pure straighteners come with. not just for the pattern, but i like that its fireproof and that its hard so the straightener wont be ruined *i travel a lot





however, in the past, when i have bought special editions of straighteners, the iron itself turns out to be different from the original. and i just want the original iv styler.








is the limited edition, either dark or pure iron, the same exact iron as the regular iv styler? besides color?








im not sure if i should just buy the original and settle for a different case,


or


just get the limited edition

no not the same.





Dark/Pure collection heats up much quicker. it is more heat protecting than the original. however the original is just as good and comes in different sizes compared to the limited edition coming in only the standard size. i do NOT recommend the original for traveling...well the case is just really difficult for me but i dont know about you. they are both really good irons though :] good luck!!Question about a GHD hair styler , please help (10 pts)?
