Hair Styler or hair straightner what should i use?

i have frizzy and wavy medium hair and i was thinking of getting a step cut and straightening my flicks so what should i do use a hair iron or a straightner and of which company and what is the costHair Styler or hair straightner what should i use?

i have fizzy hair as well so i use hair straightener and then apply hair serum on it i think GHD is the best straightener good luck x
