GHD Hair Styler Problem

I bought some GHDs only a week ago now, I just plugged them in and NOTHING. Has anyone else had this problem?GHD Hair Styler Problem
Have you switched them on? Theres a little red switch in the middle of the two plates (inside).





You'll know if they are on if the red light underneath flashes and it goes 'beep beep' about 30 seconds later.





Have you made sure your plug socket is switched on?





If not, you'll have to take them back. You should have a year guarantee if you bought them from a hairdressers/shop or a two year guarantee if you bought them from the website.

plug them in.


make sure the socket is switched on.


switch on the switch on the inside of the ghds.


the red light should come on.


after about 30 seconds the light should flash and they will make a small beeping sound.
have you switched them on?


should be a switch on the inside of them below the plates..


should go red when you switch them on





if not..take them back :)
if the switch isnt on and the temperature wont set then take them backto where you bought them, if they wont take them back then just use the gurantee in the box.
