About 10 years ago I had a great hair styler. Can anyone tell me what it was called?

It looked like a large rubber needle, with a loop at the top and a hard stick below that. You made a ponytail, put the stick through it just above the band and then put the bottom of the ponytail in the loop. Then you pulled your ponytail through, creating a twist of hair and the rest of your ponytail down your neck. I want to buy another as mine broke but I don't know what they're called. I'm not sure they ever caught on. I bought mine from a market stall so I can't go back to the retailer. Help!About 10 years ago I had a great hair styler. Can anyone tell me what it was called?

I think it was called the hairdini. They now have other versions that do more styles.

No idea what its called, but you can buy them in Claire's accessories in the UK - i got one the other day! Along with a banana clip- remember those? ;-)
know what you mean..try the shopping channels on sky. i have recently seen them on there.
